Islands of Adventure – Doctor Doom’s Fearfall

Review (4 / 5)

These open air seats are attached to a rocket-like tower that will shoot you up into the sky, only to pull you back down. Yes, your seats are completely open, which makes it feel as if you’re racing through space like a superhero! On the plus side, you’ll get a great view of Islands of Adventure. On the negative side, you might be too busy crying with fear to notice.

Parent Worry Note: All you have to do is take a glance at this ride and most parents will be worried! On this ride you don’t just drop, you drop from 185 feet. Younger kids or children who aren’t used to thrill rides should work their way up to this heart-pounding adventure. If you’re prone to motion sickness, the up and down movement of this ride might make you ill. And if you’re terrified of heights, you just might have a heart attack.

Final Note: Thrilling? Most definitely! Probably the most thrilling ride at Universal. This ride is for those die-hard adrenaline junkies who laugh in the face of danger.
