Ride your own “bicycle” as you sail off into the night sky, in order to escape those mean government agents intent on experimenting on our beloved E.T.
This ride is a classic based on the E.T. movie, and one of the first rides at Universal Studios. Yes, the ride is incredibly outdated, and if your kids haven’t actually seen the E.T. movie, they might be wondering: who the heck is the wrinkled weird guy? But children will enjoy the bicycle-like cart as you sail through woods, over the city and to E.T.’s home planet, and parents will enjoy the vintage feel of this unique ride.
Parent Worry Note: Really young kids might find the darkness, as the government chases after E.T., frightening. Because of the unique bike-like carts (the seats are actually large bicycle seats), it may be uncomfortable for some younger ones.
Final Note: On this classic ride adults will love reminiscing, and children will love the fact that they get to ride on their own bicycle. Because of the vintage theme and the unique style of carts, it’s worth going on this ride at least once.
